5.Preparation of Excessed demand and Grants.
6.Preparation of Appropriation Bills.
7.Classification of Receipts and expenditure.
8.Surrender of saving of various office/Departments.
9.Matters relating to Discretionary grants of Ministers/Speakers.
10.Letter of Credit.
11.Transfer of funds to other Departments.
12.Re-appropriation of funds.
13.Audit Certificate.
14.Reconciliation of Accounts with Accountant General.
15.Over-all management of State Finances.
16.Regulation of all kinds of expenditure through Budget.
17.Allocation of additional fund under Non Plan.
18.Revalidation of unutilised Grant/Fund.
